Beds

New England Woodcraft offers an extensive line of beds and options to suite your needs. Available in solid northern red oak or rock maple, these units can be set up as a loft, bunkbed or a single bed. Our captain's bed and our new lift up storage beds also offer a variety of unique storage options. With the use of these storage options and using a variety of case goods your possibilities are endless to create a bed that is not only functional but durable. We pride ourselves in making a strong, durable bed that will last for generations.

Space saving LOFT SYSTEMS offer flexibility in the arrangement of furniture in any residence hall.

All of our beds are constructed with strength and endurance in mind. 1/2" x 2 1/2" Hardwood dowels, (See Below Right) are glued, pinned and set under pressure when attaching the 1" thick solid oak spreaders to the uprights.

As shown in the photo to the right, our beds have smooth chamfered edges on the posts and spreaders. This design enables us to have a top quality UV finish that is smooth and durable.

Our beds are available in 4 standard sizes: 36" x 76/80" or 38" x 76/80". Custom sizes are available upon request.

3/8" x 3" hardened steel pins (See Below) slip into steel sleeves imbedded into the bed posts ends allow single bed units to be stacked into bunk or loft configurations.
